Comments: My husband and I always enjoy our stays at beautiful He-Tin-Kis Lodge. The suites are tastefully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. The views of the ocean and the bay are spectacular--we have even seen whales spouting while sitting on the suite's private verandah. Great location--close to restaurants, stores and across the bay from He-Tin-Kis Park and the lighthouse. It really is as fantastic a place as the pictures on the web-site indicate |

Comments: My partner and I were looking at a place.
This place had everything we needed,the lodge is beautiful, comfortable,romantic, well equiped,peacefull, the view from the balcony is amazing, relaxing,it feels like we were alone facing the ocean. the view and the lodge is exactly the same as on the website. We will definitely go back to the lodge on our next trip to the island, but longer this time.
Thanks for everything. It has been the best place we stayed on the island. We will never forget our stay. Merci Encore. |

Comments: We had a lovely time in Ucluelet (May 2010) and He-tin-kis Lodge made the perfect base. A really beautiful spot ideally situated on the edge of town and with easy access to lovely walks. Scott and Tanya were ideal hosts and provided excellent advice on local activities and excursions. We hope to return in the not too distant future and He-tin-kis will be top of our itinerary. |

Thanks for a very enjoyable stay. (Mid-May).
The He Tin Kis Lodge was the perfect retreat and recharge. It feels bright and clean inside, cozy and fresh. Well-appointed, everything felt new and very tasteful, big modern bathroom, spacious balcony/deck, and the beds! I can't recall the last time I slept so well. Friendly, hospitable and discreet hosts. We felt welcome and never crowded. A few stairs down to one of the West Coast's beautiful tiny coves, and the open ocean in view a few yards away. I watched the waves smashing into a little island and I was glad for the forest and sheltered cove right in front of the lodge. One afternoon we bought Dungeness crab in Ucluelet for a great beach feast. We went for Ucluelet for better value in accommodations and were very happy with the He-Tin-Kis Lodge
